I agree. I find it interesting that people who have been invested for so long would want to see the company sold. I get that many investors are fatigued but why not just sell on market? Seems a bit like sour grapes to me. Also why the middle ground offer relative to the "valuation"? If the company has been valued at 27 cents and Phizzer really want to try and get the vote over the line why not offer 27 cents or even 30 cents. Once again shareholders being played and taken for fools.
Regardless I'm confident the no vote will get up easily!
