Hard to see a buyout occur given the ownership structure of DUB - hostile takeover isn't going to happen..
best bet is to weather what could be a 2 year storm cut opex to prove profitability and grow at a slower run rate. While this is not ideal it will help reduce the cash burn. The equity raising environment for non-profitable is no longer a thing... There has been a tectonic shift from tech to durable cash flows that are cheap...
Reality is we need to rethink our growth strategy and operating expenditures or the business will struggle to stay solvent
