no leaky ship in my view. I am positive it was walked down from 1.90 to 1.30 to get another bite at the cherry. The massive dow drop couldn't push it any lower hence they pushed the button. We all know it is highly likely a good exploration outcome is on its way. In this market, a new discovery unfolding like this will likely be the safest place to be. Hence all the rushing back in.
