This is proven beyond doubt by the statement '' Amos has a new client to announce'' Ever heard of the rules of continuous disclosure which state you have to announce material news as you become aware of it?..so where is this announcement?..
Have you ever considered that they raised this amount because they were told they wouldn't be able to raise more?..of course not, because '' Amos said'' bla bla bla
