I am aware, I operate here, I appreciate the contribution. The Chinese as a rule don't go on the land for agreements, they follow a different operating model that we don't recognise, but they still operate with freedom. It is not safe for them to go on lands though, that is unwise. Re: Minerals Board, what you have described is what should happen, but doesn't always happen, I have seen it before especially where the proponent is of less than moral character, which is why I said 'acquisition'. If a company hasn't got landowners all on board or kept them on board during the process then the ML consent falls apart. It is just my opinion that PNM could benefit from opening up communication lines rather than closing down, which is what I see on the ground.
