Interesting acquisition from resmed

Medi fox has revenue of 80mil and EBITDA of 35 mil… but they have paid 1 billion dollars, that’s not a typo 1 billion.
There was a lot of talk that we paid to much for silverlink but we paid 6 x revenue and 11x EBITDA… Resmed has paid 12 x revenue and nearly 30 x EBITDA.
If we indulge on the revenue for ALC at 12 x 35mil would put it at a Mcap of 450m.
