Co raised at 3 to be fully funded for all trials. Come July onwards, a new fin year they could cap raise again, if needed.
They're allocating a nominal sum for buyback, if at 1.50, then they are anti diluting.
Raise 1 share at 3
Cancel 2 shares for 3
Wombat for sure would be licking his furry chops as filly diluted shares are now dropping, and this can only be good for our bottom line.
Is it risky? Will be a disaster if we drop much lower. Obviously management does not think this will be the case
