Yeah thats what Im thinking too, someone with some inside info, we got nearly the highest volume of the year, and its been active buying, in just the first 1,5 hours of trading, in a very bearish market. Seems like something is up.
Two possibilities I can think of are, ODC expansion granted, or bank debt facility approved. Either one calls for a substantial re-rating.
