This board have breached their duties to act in the best interests of humm shareholders. The 180 in their statements and manipulation of facts to serve their personal interests of joining LFS is so clear. To continue to recommend the sale despite a 25% reduction in the offer (and fall under independent expert value) is shocking. Someone needs to get this in the eyes of regulators, these guys are criminals.

ignoring the manipulative rhetoric of the board recently, the business is in strong shape and valued well north of current levels. Commercial alone supports this price and more.

I will be voting no. Take the short term hit to share price, clear this board and bring in people with values, the price will recover
