There is a huge difference required in the CAPEX for each project. HIO should note these pipelines cost a fortune to build and at present no one has kept to budget. FMG Ironbridge has blown out as an example and they have a lot less obstacles in terrain from Marble Bar to Port Hedland than Broken Hill NSW to S.A Port, just have a look at the terrain HIO contractors will have to deal with for an underground pipeline.
SOLD HIO for healthy profit and loaded up with MGT.
