It's called a "suspension" because it is exactly that. A break in play where neither team can play the ball for example. It's been that way forever and market participants need to take factors like those you mention into careful consideration. What's the old saying - "only buy with money you can afford to lose".

Anyway - what do you even care. You're a non-holder so it can't affect you. Maybe you're just here to stir up trouble ...... again?
