To imply that a drug (or medical intervention) that has not been shown to have significant side effects by nature has no significant effects is speaking "fluent arse". Examples are plenty where newer generation drugs across many disease areas have shown similar efficacy with superior safety profiles. Pharma doesn't spend billions trying to improve safety profiles at the expense of efficacy. It can, has and will continue to be done. Please back up your opinion that MSC (or any other drug/medical intervention) needs to demonstrate significant side effects to demonstrate effectiveness as this is not the first time you are pushing this "fluent arse" position.
