Well spotted.
The add for the Manakau position says "Manakau & East Auckland". Manakau I think is regarded as South Auckland so the position seems to imply a minimum of 2 stores (actual or planned). There are two excellent candidate shopping malls in 'East Auckland': Silvia Park and Botany Town Centre.
