If there's no theoretical side effects to MSCs, why are you forbidden from donating blood or organs after receiving them?
And do you honestly think that MSCs are the first therapy to not have side effects in the history of medicine, or is it more likely they haven't been used widely enough for us to understand what the side effects are yet?
Technically right is the best kind of right, btwbetter than your version which is "technically wrong"
