Was that cost for power ever noted on a company announcement? If so please let me know I don't recall seeing that.

The interesting side of it is that SA has been going through load shedding for the last 3-4 years due to the parastatal entity Eskom being a total basket case, swamped with corruption and a lack of ability to provide power.

Maybe the management decided that until such time as the provider gets its own house in order they should defer payment of 7 million as stated by you above.
