Curiously that downtrend that started around April 2014  (if it is a down trend?) seems to have been prompted around the time of Thorney’s previous notice here. (Before the reduction from 11.65% to 10.58% announced [May 17, 2022]

That was way back on March 21, 2014 [see it here ]
“On 19 March 2014 Finbar Group Limited issued shares to Hanssen Pty Ltd in accordance with an Exclusivity Agreement and this has triggered a filing for Thorney Holdings.”

“Late yesterday, Finbar announced a 10-year exclusivity agreement with builder Hanssen, giving the developer certainty over its $2.15 billion pipeline of development works.
Under the terms of the deal, Finbar will issue Hanssen with five million new shares via a loan to be repaid by Hanssen within five years.
"This agreement has exclusively bound Hanssen to provide building and construction services to Finbar, its subsidiaries, or nominated joint venture entities for a period of ten years and allows Finbar to appoint other building contractors to ensure continued competitive pricing from Hanssen," Finbar said in a statement.
