The clear difference between Arbitration being voluntary of course and...taking someone to court the opposite, hence separating the two as per my comments.
Sure, you can say court of Arbitration, yet you can's take someone there unless there is an existing agreement between the parties agreeing to same in the event of a trigger / conflict etc.
Semantics to a certain extent, in short, not fussed if people use the word court, its the inference and in particular for AVZ, they are not being taken to court, AVZ was requested to attend Arbitration or court thereof etc.
In any event, interesting couple of weeks coming up
