DaveyBoy –looking at the management numbers; there are only 4 of them (reduced the numbers after the Sienna merger) - which seems reasonable. I agree with you though that remuneration does seem pretty good/high. Hinch -$320k, Rice and DiPietro around $250k…not sure about Rocco..(these don't include share based payments)...

The Board, of four people, $50k each and $70 for the chair, which seems reasonable.

In terms of experience,for the other comments asking if these guys have any experience in biotech etc.... I can put to rest the rumors that they just got lucky after seeing these jobs advertised on Seek. It is untrue that they just tizzied up their previous Kmart, Bottle-O and Dog-Walker experience to then find themselves steering a junior biotech company….of course don’t let this blind you to your own brilliance – your ideas,no doubt, if given half a chance could really set this company on an immediate vertical trajectory.

Here aresome announcements made over the last 6months about what this useless bunch of morons have been busy not doing. If you look at what has been achieved over the last couple of years - they have come a long, long way.
