Philippenes JV indicates management have become stronger , one worry i have 90% of the shares are held by the top 20 , hopefully mergers will help reduce this , consoladation of shares to put more value back into the share price .

China story trusting these people IS A REAL CONCERN , twice now we have tried to set up a JV only to see it failand cost us money
