It's maximum 205 although the exact number is subject to whether the company undertakes any buybacks, as explained in Annexure A of the URFPA PDS.
STAM are buying URFPA at $65. They will receive $6.25 in distributions up until the end of year, and each URFPA will convert into a maximum of 205 URF units. You work out the maths.
