This Board is unconscionable. Implying the HCF business was trash yesterday and now says it continues to believe it is high quality. Why the urgency to sell yesterday if it was "high quality". Very very self-serving.
You watch, this is when they start to resume normal management of HCF to try and increase profit or reduce loss, and increase revenue. Apparently something they neglected in the past 5 months - to ensure HCF would be sold.
LFS walked away in part due to their belief the vote won't go through.
