Markets are supposed to be forward looking .
I am seeing things for CE1 much better than an 18.5 cent market price .
I am sure so does the Management and they should be aggressively using the buyback now .
Actions speak much louder than Words .

The Market has been bombarded by plenty of optimistic videos of interviews and presentations .
Now is the time to back them up with Action while the low price liquidity is available .

You think that they should be buying more ?
