actually Boris, I think that is Jaded's job to be the supreme UCG bear :)
kizza, agree it is a quality hold LT. I am just risking some ST trades to increase my position. I dont like to get politicy on the threads, but if you can show me a way the free market will work out a price on carbon without law, then I will be happy to listen.
Susan, no not back in yet. I have been looking at the DJIA. Some have plucked 11,000 as a point to bounce off. If you look at the 5Y chart, this is where it broke out from in Mid 06 to rise and fall back to where we are now. It will be interesting if it does bounce off this as it could have a big impact on new tech stocks like CNX - likewise carbon law could also push it in the other. Still just nervously sitting out.
Bleasby, yeah i thought you would like that economics spin after you mentioned you were a 'NEM guru' ;)
You might be equally impressed to know that in my first ever economics exam (oh so many years ago now), that I drew my Supply/Demand curve as two squiggly lines on the same axis against a time base. I would explain my abstract through but its complicated - something like as supply rose price would come down so demand would rise and consume the supply - I seem to recall I got zero for that response.
Serves the lectrurer for putting a double economics class on the last block on Friday! you can bet my attendance improved after that embarassing result! Though my 'economics' understanding has vastly improved since then. Reading Dahls book on international energy pricing at the moment. It is Excellent!
Cheers,
