this could have has the same sort of speculation run that could follow which saw FAR shoot up, before shell pulled out.
I guess speculation will do what it will,
OEL remain undervalued on existing merrits, this might just lift them where they need to be, and if the option by bhp is not taken after theyve funded the seizmic, and reviewed it, then perhaps we will have at least been noticed.
