Unfortunately you have no idea, if you think its just a petty grudge people have and you also need to go back further than 2 years to get the full picture. Both the company and certain posters on these threads are solely focused on taking peoples money.
Its unfortunate that some posters think warning about these circumstances is a bad thing when its actually the opposite.
