So the AEMO is ordering generators to run, they will be paid an unknown amount later.
Who will pay the generators? The order is via state legislation so I presume each state will pay the generators in that state. The state will then have to bill the state the power was exported to or the user within the state. Tasmania is exporting lots so will reap a fortune.
