Well that's exactly it isn't it. If you reckon that eventually ...and at a minimum your invested ' DOLLAR ' should at least be reflected in the ' Base Case ' valuation , then YES you might take the decision to invest in something that could by all intent and purposes rise 20% plus to a value which JUST reflects that ' DOLLAR ' being invested and NOTHING more.So just the potential possibility that that ' Dollar ' is now in the value where before at perhaps current prices and below it was NOT.........might be enough to make that investment case at current prices rather that wait until it already reflects that reality.
