Valuation and pricing often get confused, but the difference is immense.
The value of BRK continues to rise.
As we know the price can be detached entirely from the underlying value.
David has no control over the Muppets that want to sell something so cheaply.
The numbers do not lie. $70m fully diluted MC. Approx. $20m cash. Assets worth $300m on a conservative valuation.
It does not take a rocket scientist to work out there is a mis-pricing here
