Everyone can improve mate - but really you just keep banging on about about how management doesn't perform to your requirements and their poor communication. The truth is that Brett has run the company as lean as possible - and thank God he did with interest rates about to skyrocket. You probably don't know who runs the office in Brisbane and who takes all the abusive phone calls when the boys are away, they certainly don't deserve it and your constant attacks just fire people up.
