At the end of the day this 15% will be nice to have but isnt imperative to AVZ success. A few leaked tweets highlighted the offer which included upfront cash and 8% of AVZ SOI. So shareholders will be paying up to get this 15%. The biggest win about it is not having to be in bed with Zijin.

The key items AVZ needs are the ML and exploration licence for the rest of our land. Thats what is causing the suspension as we are closing out the issues occurring with CAMI.

The third piece of the puzzle is the Dathomir 15% which secures AVZ at 75% ownership. This is key but AVZ have repeatedly stated we own 75% and this is a non issue and just games by Dathomir to try get more cash IMO.
