The way I see it.
If the company was desperate for money, it would have announced a CR shortly after the debit card ann. Back then, the SP & volume was higher. They could have raised a lot of cash at a higher price which means less dilution for all holders, including themselves. They raised $7 million on IPO, with only a small number of retail, so I don't think raising cash is a problem.

W2V must have seen much more transaction volume over the last three months.
The technology is also scalable, so the employee numbers might seem significant now, but they might begin to look very small compared to the amount of revenue as the company grows.
But let's run some rough numbers to get a reality on the situation.
The expenses below are, $1.6 million + $1.6 million + $2.7 million = US $5.9 million or AUD$8.5 million.
$8.5 million / 60 employees = $142,000 each.
The average Aussie make $95K these days.

Doesn't look like a lifestyle company to me. I would expect those numbers to be a lot higher if it was. The other expenses are related to listing & financial expenses.
Losses can be used as a tax deduction against future revenue/profits.
I'm planning to start a new thread to keep track of all the customer & revenue growth in every ann, as they're released over the coming months. This way, we can run a few calculations & hopefully work out a point where W2V might break even or turns a profit. Actual profits, after expenses. Keeping expenses under control is a must at the moment, but the company needs to grow. No point in keeping that $7 million on IPO & everyone work for free just to keep expenses under control if the company isn't growing. It costs money to market & run a business. Marketing & sales are expensive, people & labour are costly these days. All you see is your $30 hour, the employer sees a much higher cost than that.
I've seen nothing but growth over the last four years & with a customer retention rate of 97% plus more customers signing up all the time, the logical conclusion is there would be more revenue every year.
Remember, W2V grew during a global lockdown, look at 2020 to 2021.

W2V can sell more products to the same clients, the debit card is a perfect example of that. So there are two ways for W2V to grow, signing up new customers, keeping them & selling new products to those same customers. W2V can help other businesses with cashflow & expenses at a time when it's needed most, with high inflation & rising interest rates. Ask yourself this question. Why wouldn't a company like W2V keep growing?
It should also perform better in a post covid world as well.
