the 'nuclear scenario' is if Svw are forced to unload their Bld shares which is looking increasingly likely!! if Stokes lose the Roberts-Smith defamation case then they will have MASSIVE CASHFLOW issues, they're looking at a $70m+ legal bill which I doubt they can afford to pay if Bld continues in its crisis mode.
