Yeah, agreed. Although on the repairing of the disc height to a higher height, this may be not possible due to the fibrosis, although not as wide spread as advanced patients..... It sounds like once you have a scar, you have a scar....very hard to get rid of.
the pain though might be coming from the hostile environment inside the disc.... which.... fingers crossed MSB cells repair.
This will lead to other disease treatments if successful when they better understand the MOA and what to look for.
Discs I imagine are much easier to study then hearts or GvHD.... not as easy as fistulas though.... and that's the next breakthrough area
....
