The only onus is not for you to decide the onus.
It is a fact that LTR and LKE secured offtakes while we are still waiting for SYA. The readings can be varied by different people but its not looking great, in my opinion as mentioned.
Was expecting something more concrete from you. Why would any one want to prove anything on your opinion?
