never a big fan of reits either
but having owned commercial properties, I know it can be an excellent cash flow investment if you can find a blue chip tenant on long wale..
clw fits into that category……. It’s already pricing in for nta drop and rate increases…. Otherwise what can justify a 30% discount ?
