MIN last share purchases on market was an average price of 4.43c.... interesting
To me its very clear Iain and the BOD's plan is to get the valuation of NWE as high as possible quickly with further appraisal wells, seismic and an accompanying 3rd party appraisal reports hence the large CR before accepting any potential TO by MIN. MIN might try prior to any further drilling (my read on CE is he is a bit of a betting man) to put in an offer whilst the SP is sub 5c but MIN's board might decide they want more certainty and wait for further evaluation on the PB and accept paying a higher price...
I don't like that MIN seems to be holding all the cards and dictating the terms, when we do start the next phase towards production, hopefully next year, I personally want NWE to be taken out by then as I do see MIN as truly aligned with NWE.
For now I am relaxed and will sit back and watch how this unfolds..
