    yep of course it will. It’ll allow them to construct the facilities they need to do exactly that which adds much more value to us shareholders. They also need space for dewatering and associated prep for Shipping. It will most likely also accommodate offices and other infrastructure in close proximity to the port. Owning the land is critical for not only our mining life but also The story to the financiers and government. Having control all the way is crucial. Stops the excuses and will generate good returns into the future for ever moving forward if this port gets up. At some point they will be able to flip it for a very healthy profit once the port is under construction and lease it back if they need to.

    Maybe someone can run a title search at some point, but if I’m not wrong this land is owned by the Australian Wheat Board Who have also in the past had interest in developing a port for exports of grains from the South Australian region
