something needs to happen with the plant and APA - COE announcement of 19 April says the current agreement for running the plant - the transition agreement ends on 30 June 2022. If there is no transition agreement do Cooper have access to the plant ?- guaranteed it will not come to that but it looks like there has to be some new agreement in the next 10 days for Sole gas to continue to flow. If the AFR is correct then Cooper Energy are buying the plant. Todays trading halt explanation was about plant arrangements not the cap raise reported.
