Yes, the trial will also take a while, bu the claims on the NGF will feed off info from the public record of the trial, and become yet another avenue of reporting.
I can't imagine the directors casually going to jail without a fight, and nor can I imagine people giving up their claims to the NGF.
It could really be 3-5 more years before all the mess is cleared up.
