capital management

People watching SHV closely may wish to note SHV is still talking of capital management even though in annual report, they kind of suggested they had this sorted....

I have taken this to mean they will be raising capital

But perhaps an unlikely outcome would be taking on some debt to buy back the holding held by TIM's carcuss currently.

Mgment obviously knows most about future profitability at moment.....and since mgment owns quite a few shares, if they are very confident of near term outlook, it's not outragious that they will borrow funds to buyback the shares which would have a far more accreditive near term and perhaps long term capital expenditure than the WA startup

There's no evidence so far that mgment is into 'empire building' as they would have purchased TIM's orchards and raised a squillion new low priced shares thus killing existing holders.
