My earlier estimation was that HGO will need at least $50M from thr JV partner to fund the Kanmantoo Project (without overstretch itself).
Now it expects to get $25M from share placement -- there is still a gap of $25M.
I suspect that there might be a right issue or spp to follow the share placement to SIs. This would be more likely if there is a significant discount to SIs.
Hopefully there will be enough good news to get the HGO through this valnerable cap raising process.
