Is the company saying, they got acceptances for 4 million dollars of Credit Notes? Or are they saying it's underwritten? I just cannot accept there are members of the public, that would put their trust in these people with their hard-earned money. I believe it is a long way from being finished with this company. Under the present ASX/ASIC rules, there has been massive expropriation of the financial interests of present shareholders. Really it's up to the Commercial Lawyers now. If the company law is so lax, to let this happen, it needs revising.No matter how good it looks, i try to only stump up an initial $500 investment. It was downhill from the day I did that. They are beyond contempt.
