If you are doing your research, then you might need to do a very deep dive into the old MAR and LNY Hotcopper threads to get to the history of this operation. As @kjartan mentioned in his post, not much publicly available information, due to being held by private companies of Volga Eldeberry and the involvement of Chinova Resources. Lorena has had a mixed history, and some issues with licensing and regulatory involvement regarding cyanide, as well as some disputes about toll treatment of ore and contract disputes between the JV parties. The CIL part of the plant was originally constructed by Placer as part of the Osborne Mill but it never really worked very well and was unsuited to Osborne copper gold magnetite ore and the CIL plant was shut down in the first year of operation at Osborne, and they recovered their gold by gravity with the rest of the gold reporting to the copper concentrate, so the CIL part of the plant sat collecting cobwebs for years at Osborne, which has passed through various owners from Placer Dome to Barrick and finally to Chinova, for some reason Chinova pulled this CIL plant apart in 2017 and put it together at Lorena, augmenting some extremely old parts of the Lorena Plant that was already there. There was also a small copper + gold resource at Lorena itself which had its own grade control/lack of drilling/poor resource calculations issues.

Will take me a while to refresh myself on the history of this little plant and its owners, Malachite were certainly incompetent explorers and miners, Laneway made some poor decisions in the past but the poster who commented on the hard ore from Agate Creek causing problems for the mill at Lorena sound a bit plausible to me, and the actual exploration ground surrounding the Mining Lease has actually got some decent potential and hasn't been adequately explored at all.
