Yep. But given the current MD has his portrait as the company’s Twitter background we have to assume he won’t be willing to go quietly. And given the size of his holding might be hard to make him.
There’s really nothing we can do other than hope he sorts this out and then communicates the success in a way that you brings back market confidence. No way to know if and when that might happen
