    Hi Yaqona,

    HGO will need to pay a quite big tax bill on the ESG sale, so there wouldn't be $115M cash left after the tax liability.

    By the way, if HGO spend (some of) the proceeds from ESG sale in the Kanmantoo project with in this financial year, would HGO still need to pay the full tax? Are there any tax incentives?
