@jctrout The company gave us a very rudimentary rule of thumb calculator - 70-110 bcf/3km2 - for GIP. This number was derived from the short term flow/production testing. They've given us the area...its up to everyone to connect the dots and assess the potential variability of these numbers.
So assuming the conditions at LD are
average for the field, 2.3TCF - 3.6TCF GIP (or 1.7-2.3TCF RGIP, using 75% RF) is the number we are looking at for the
Kingia resource. Increase in potential pay thickness is very good news too. This will form part of a future surprise i dare say.
The inferred gas column depth (using indicative FWL) has increased from 4,500 to 4558. The range of inferred numbers they got was 4,550 - 4,620...so they chose 4,558. It is still an inferred number, because of the extrapolation across the 800m gas column thickness. They will not really get a handle on this number until they drill LD-2...but get set for some upside surprise.
It is amazing the share price did not pop today.
