Have you seen the order book? it's at record levels the fundamentals strengthen every earnings release
There are payables cos they actually have to built stuff and pay for materials and services which they get back from the client if the work they have applied for has been completed
And a record cash balance as back up if things go wrong which can also be used for acquisitions if they find the right company
Weststar are also operating during a commodity supercycle so there are going to be plenty opportunities in the pipeline we just gotta wait and see
