Good spin on a very dilutive deal for PB. Agree the US gaming market will be very lucrative long term...but that will be a very very EXPENSIVE journey. This Aussie upstart has done a wonderful job of growing from a small minnow. But the reality of competing against Draft Kings/MGM/Ceasers is a pipe dream. In a market were you may need to spend $10,000,000USD for a Super Bowl ad...$$$$will be king over the next few years. Smart move by SIG as PB will become a takeover target when it needs to raise capital again. I love the Alan Iverson ad...but I'll take Halle Berry any day of the week( Ceasars). Not a bad short once the hype wears off and the fine print of the SIG deal is released.
