Can I be honest? I don't see ISX Financial throwing $$$$$$ at this indefinitely. If they get a chance to settle I think they will take it. It's pretty ugly no matter how you look at it, but I will always stand by this comment, ASX was NOT protecting ISX shareholders, $1.5B of capital value was locked away to protect us? I hope karma gets the better of them in the end. They don't deserve to be in the position they are in, they pick their fights with entities that they don't understand.
The CEO did make one HUGE mistake I will admit to, listing in Australia in the first place. That's his biggest failure & regret I would assume too.
