The thing here is our CEO has stopped saying anything good about the company from March, he is literally a Pfizer employee now.
BOD maybe able to withhold positive developments and temporarily scared off other suitors, but I doubt he can bury the below
- Sleepcheck FDA
- Progress from other partners
- Quarterly
- Interest from other pharma over 14.6c
- Last and most importantly - our NO vote
